We have a thirty nine slip marina, with all slips available for rent at $75 per month.
The maximum length is twenty-five feet. Each slip comes with tie-down cleats, easy access to a fresh water tap and to electrical power, for ease of boat management.
The marina has a covered patio, with fan, lights and electrical power, perfect for enjoying the morning sunrises or an evening cocktail, or even an evening barbecue with friends.

Bishops Gate Golf Facilities include:
As host to the International Junior Golf Academy (“IJGA”), a premier junior golf training program, the facilities were developed to challenge the golfer in all facets of the game. Strategy and precision are required, much like a game of chess which inspired the name of the development. All facilities are maintained to the highest standard demanded by IJGA, who bear much of the cost of the facilities.
IJGA students principally make use of the facilities in the afternoons, with certain students using the course in the mornings. The intent is to create an exclusive and private golf course experience, for the easy enjoyment of Students, Residents, Members and Guests. In 2024, the IJGA morning golf students and coaches will work around Member play and will be instructed to use morning golf course time principally for playing rounds on Member regular play days and modestly as “practice on the course” on non-Member regular play days, and respectful of Residents and Members priority on the golf course. In this way, our goal of efficient pace of play will be maintained for all players.
The Full-Time Annual Membership dues are $2,600 per single membership and $3,250 for couples. Monthly payment is available at $275 for single memberships and $325 for couples.
Short-Term Memberships options are One Month, Three Months, Six Months, and Weekend Memberships. Single Member costs are respectively $600, $1400, $2000, and $1500. Couple Member costs are $750, $1750, $2500, and $2000.
Any Member choosing to leave before the end of the year will be reimbursed the pro-rated amount of the membership not utilized. Members must provide substantial, legitimate reasoning in the event of membership cancellation.
Membership dues are subject to annual review.
Residents and Members are welcome to bring Guests, who are charged $50 per day for unlimited play on the golf course and use of the practice facility. A reduced rate of $30 is offered on Men’s Day (Thursday) and Ladies’ Day (Friday). Guest vouchers may be purchased in any quantity from the IJGA Business Office (House #26945) and must be purchased IN ADVANCE. When the guests are brought to the club, the Resident or Member is required to place the requisite number of vouchers in the Guest Voucher box by the golf cart pick up point.
Golf Carts and Golf Push Carts are available to Residents, Members and Guests at no charge, subject to availability. Golf Carts are allowed to be used by International Junior Golf Academy students on the weekends and weekdays after 5pm for play and practice. At times they may also be permitted to use them during the morning program to maintain pace of play. Bishops Gate Management reserves the right to allow staff, students, and guests to use the green carts at their discretion while still being mindful of having enough carts available for use by members and their guests.
From November 1st, 2023, a complimentary “continental style” breakfast is available from 8:00am-8:30am Tuesday – Friday, followed by a buffet style lunch from 11:30am- 12:15pm Monday – Friday. Neither breakfast nor lunch will be served on weekends. Food service may be limited or suspended over Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks. All food service is available at the discretion of Bishops Gate and is subject to change at any time, particularly in the event of another outbreak in the Covid pandemic.
Bishops Gate is registered as a golf club with the Florida State Golf Association, and Residents and Members will be given a GHIN number to update their handicaps.
Since opening in 2013, Bishops Gate has been regarded as having some of the best training facilities in the world. One of the things that made Bishops Gate so appealing was the list of touring pros who chose to train here. That impressive roster includes PGA TOUR players like Peter Hedblom, Charles Howell, Morgan Hoffman, and DA Points; as well as several LPGA TOUR players, including Yani Tseng, Shenshen Fang, and Sandra Gal.
On weekends, Residents, Members and IJGA Students have equal priority on the golf course, and each have reserved stations on the practice facility.
Priority access is defined as the privilege of having tee box priority and play- through priority when pace of play is slowed. Exclusivity is defined as being the only persons allowed on the golf course during that specific time.
During approved special Member events, Bishops Gate will close the course accordingly.
Each application is reviewed by a Membership Committee, who seeks references from current Residents and Members, and/or invites Applicants to play a round of golf with one or more members of the Committee, as a way of getting to know the Applicant.
All memberships are subject to renewal on an annual basis.
The Membership Committee has the final decision on memberships.
